  Is your business legitimate? How long have you been in business?
Yes, Enjoynike.com is legitimate business, and we have been in business for approximately 10 years.
   
  How do I get wholesale?
if you are interested in wholesale, please feel free to contact us by email at sales@enjoynike.com , our customer service representatives will reply to your request within 12 hours.
   
  Are Enjoynike.com  products authentic? 
Yes, all of our shoes clothes bag are authentic and come with their original box. Enjoynike.com does not sell fakes, variants, or customized products.
   
Do you ship to International locations ?
Yes, We currently ship to many international locations.
   
Can you reserve a product for me until I can pay for it?
Yes of course, the only thing you have to do is to confirm it by e-mail and we will keep them for you for one week. However, after one week, if we haven't received your payment, we will sell it further to someone else.
   
How long does it take to get to my house?

For U.S., Canada and Europe customers, the shipping takes 3 to 7 days. All orders are shipped from our warehouse.  Once the product shipped out, we  will Email or Fax the tracking number to you for you tracing the shipment's status under below corresponding express website:

The shoe I want says "out of stock" Can you tell me when you’ll be getting more? 
Sorry, we are unable to predict if we can or will be able to obtain more of any item. Major  brands have limited manufacturing runs, and often additional inventory is not available. 
   
I ordered a pair of shoes, but they started to fall apart after I wore them a few times. What should I do? 
Within 45 days on your order date, you may contact Customer Service at sales@enjoynike.com for a defective product return authorization. This authorization allows you to return the shoes, but does not guarantee acceptance of the return or a refund. Outside of the 45 days, damage is considered normal wear and tear associated with athletic shoes 
   
What's your return policy? 
Our full return policy is located at http://www.enjoynike.com/HelpInf.aspx?InfID=4 Enjoynike.com accepts returns for up to 30 days from the order date if the shoes are new and completely unworn with the original shoebox intact. Please read our full return policy and contact Customer Service for a return authorization number prior to returning the merchandise.
   
How do I make an exchange?
Exchanges are treated as new orders with Enjoynike.com. You may place a new order for the desired item at the same time you receive a return authorization or you may wait until your return is received and a refund is issued before placing a new order. Please ask a representative about your options. 
   
When should I expect to receive refund?

Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving the return. Once Enjoynike.com received your return, we will process it and apply any applicable refund. Please allow 2-5 days for the money to post to your account. 

   
How much for shipping? 
Shipping is calculated based on the destination country  of the shipment. Please see our international shipping rates page at http://www.enjoynike.com/Column.aspx?ColumnID=10
   
Okay, how do I order?
• First, browse our website and place the desired products in the shopping cart by choosing your size and clicking the Shopping Cart Button. (Click here to find your size in US sizes.) 
  • When you finished shopping, click Checkout and fill in your shipping information and choose your shipping method and submit the order. 
  • After we received your order, we will send you an email confirmation and begin processing your order.
  • Note: Due to time differences, we ask that international customers allow a minimum of 1 business day before using the order tracking system.
   
Did You Receive My Order?
• If you received an order number on-screen immediately after submitting your order, as well as an email confirmation in your email box, your order was received and is being processed.
• If you received an order number on-screen, along with a message indicating that your order has been received, but not immediately processed, please be assured that we have received your order and are working to process it as soon as possible. Please do not place a duplicate order by pressing submit more than once or by placing a new order. Your order will be entered within 12 hours of placing it online. Once your order is entered and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number, payment information and order total.
  • If you did not receive a confirmation email, there are a few reasons this may  happened:
1. You may have typed your email address incorrectly. This would make it impossible for us to send you an email.
2. You have a spam blocker that is prohibiting confirmation emails from being received.
3. Your order has not completed processing. Please allow 12 hours to process your order.  
  • We are not able to re-send a confirmation email, but you can contact us to inquire about your order if you are in doubt.
